Android screens with CarPlay
Many cars from a few years ago came with a small screen, or a radio with no maps and no phone connection. A new Android screen gives you Google Maps and YouTube when parked, and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto so you can use your phone apps on the car screen.
We choose a screen with the right frame for your dashboard so it looks factory-fitted, and we keep your steering wheel buttons and reversing camera working where you have them.
- Android screens in different sizes to suit the dashboard
- Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support
- Connection of the original steering wheel buttons and reversing camera
- A reversing camera added if your car does not have one
Speakers and sound systems
The original speakers in most cars are average. Swapping the door speakers for better ones makes a clear difference, and adding an amplifier or subwoofer gives a stronger, deeper sound if you like that.
Tell us the kind of sound you like and we will suggest what fits your budget, from a speaker swap to a full sound system.
How we fit screens and audio

Step 1
Remove the original unit
The original screen or radio comes out carefully without breaking the dashboard clips.

Step 2
Prepare the screen
The new screen is prepared with the right frame for your car.

Step 3
Speakers
If you want better sound, the door trim comes off and the speakers are replaced.

Step 4
Switch on and pair
The screen is switched on, paired with your phone and the sound tested with you.
What decides the price
Screen prices depend on size and specification (memory, processor, wireless CarPlay) and on your car and the frame it needs. Sound systems depend on the number and type of speakers, and whether you want an amplifier or subwoofer.
Send your car model, year and a photo of the dashboard on WhatsApp and we will send the options with prices, fitting included.
Before you choose a screen
- Check the screen supports CarPlay or Android Auto for your phone
- More memory means apps open faster
- Ask whether your steering wheel buttons will work with the new screen
- On some newer cars the climate controls live inside the original screen, and we explain this before swapping
Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Android screens explained
These three names are often mixed up. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are not screens: they are systems that mirror selected apps from your phone onto the car screen, such as maps, music, calls and messages, in a simple layout made for driving. CarPlay works with iPhones and Android Auto with Android phones. Your phone does the work and the screen displays it.
An Android screen is a small computer of its own. It runs apps directly, so it can play YouTube or show Google Maps without your phone, as long as it has internet through Wi-Fi or a SIM card. Most Android screens we fit also support CarPlay and Android Auto, so you get both: the screen's own apps when you want them, and your phone's apps when you connect it.
Wired or wireless is the next choice. Wired CarPlay starts instantly and charges your phone at the same time. Wireless is more convenient for short trips but uses more of the phone's battery. If you mostly drive short distances around MBZ City, wireless is handy. For long highway drives, a cable keeps the phone charged. We explain which screens support which, so you are not surprised after fitting.
Warranty and fitting
We explain the warranty on the screen or speakers when you buy. Everything is fitted with tidy, insulated wiring behind the dashboard, and we switch the screen on and pair your phone before you collect the car.
Frequently asked questions
Does the new screen support wireless CarPlay?
Some screens are wireless and some need a cable. We tell you which for each option before you buy.
Will my original reversing camera work?
On most cars, yes, we connect it to the new screen. If you have no camera, we can add one.
How long does screen fitting take?
It depends on the car. We give you the expected time when you book.
Will I lose my steering wheel buttons?
In most cases no. We use an adapter that keeps the volume and call buttons on the wheel working.
Can I upgrade just the speakers?
Yes. You can swap only the door speakers for better sound and keep the original screen.
Is there a warranty on the screen?
Yes. We explain the warranty on the screen and speakers when you buy.
